আর্থিক দিক থেকে পিছিয়ে পড়া ছাত্রছাত্রীদের সাহায্যার্থে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের তরফে Swami Vivekananda Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship বা Bikash Bhavan Scholarship 2022- আবেদন করলে পাওয়া যাবে মাসিক ৫ হাজার টাকা। যে সকল ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা মাধ্যমিক উচ্চমাধ্যমিক ও কলেজ পরিক্ষায় ভালো নাম্বার পেয়ে উত্তীর্ণ হয়ে পরবর্তী ক্লাস ভর্তি হয়েছেন তারা সকলেই এই স্কলারশিপে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। এমনকি কন্যাশ্রী “K3” প্রাপোক মেয়েরাও এই স্কলারশিপে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। Swami Vivekananda Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship বা Bikash Bhavan Scholarship দরিদ্র ও মেধাবী ছাত্রছাত্রীদের পড়াশোনায় আগ্রহী করে তোলার জন্য রাজ্য সরকার এই উদ্যোগ। আজ থেকে শুরু হলো স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ স্কলারশিপের আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া। আবেদন পদ্ধতি শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা সহ বিস্তারিত জানতে নিচে রইলো আজকের এই প্রতিবেদন।
Swami Vivekananda Scholarship 2022-23
স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট-কাম-মিন্স বা বিকাশ ভবন স্কলারশিপে ইতিমধ্যে আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়ে গেছে। মাধ্যমিক, উচ্চমাধ্যমিক, গ্র্যাজুয়েশন অথবা প্রফেশনাল কোর্সে পাঠরত পড়ুয়ারা এই স্কলারশিপে আবেদন করতে পারবেন। এই স্কলারশিপে উচ্চমাধ্যমিক স্তরে আবেদনের জন্য মাধ্যমিকে ৬০ শতাংশ নম্বর নিয়ে পাশ করে থাকতে হবে এবং স্নাতক স্তরে আবেদনের জন্য উচ্চমাধ্যমিক স্তরে ৬০ শতাংশ নম্বর নিয়ে পাশ করে থাকতে হবে। এবং কন্যাশ্রী “K3” প্রাপোক মেয়েদের জন্য ৪৫ শতাংশ নম্বর নিয়ে পাশ করে থাকতে হবে। এছাড়াও প্রার্থীদের পারিবারের বাৎসরিক আয় ২.৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার কম হতে হবে। এবং আবেদনকারীকে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে।

H.S- প্রতিমাসে ১০০০/- টাকা।
Graduation (Art, Commerce)– প্রতিমাসে ১০০০/- টাকা। (Science, Professional)- প্রতিমাসে ১৫০০/- টাকা। (Medical, Engineering)- প্রতিমাসে ৫০০০/- টাকা।
Post Graduation (Art, Commerce)– প্রতিমাসে ২০০০/- টাকা। (Science, Professional)- প্রতিমাসে ২৫০০/- টাকা। (Engineering)- প্রতিমাসে ৫০০০/- টাকা।
Kanyashree Applicant (Art, Commerce)- প্রতিমাসে ২০০০/- টাকা।
Kanyashree Applicant (Science)- প্রতিমাসে ২৫০০/- টাকা।
M.Phil- প্রতিমাসে ৫০০০/- টাকা।
PhD- প্রতিমাসে ৮০০০/- টাকা।
How to apply for Swami Vivekananda Scholarship
আবেদন পদ্ধতি- স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ স্কলারশিপ বা বিকাশ ভবন স্কলারশিপ -এ আবেদন করা যায় সরাসরি অনলাইনে। www.svmcm.wbhed.gov.in ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
১) প্রত্যেক ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের প্রথমে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে। রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার সময় আবেদনকারীর বর্তমান কোর্সের ওপর ভিত্তি করে ‘Directorate’ নির্বাচন করতে হবে। কোন কোর্সের জন্য কোন ‘Directorate’ নির্বাচন করতে হবে তা নিচে দেওয়া হল-
উচ্চমাধ্যমিক স্তর: Directorate of School Education (DSE)
স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তর স্তর: Directorate of Public Instruction (DPI
মেডিকেল কোর্স: Directorate of Medical Education (DME)
পলিটেকনিক কোর্স: Directorate of Technical Education and Training (DTE&T)
ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং: Directorate of Technical Education (DTE)
২) ‘Directorate’ নির্বাচন করে আবেদনকারীর নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেল আইডি সহ একাধিক তথ্য দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রক্রিয়া শেষ হওয়া মাত্রই কম্পিউটার স্ক্রিনে একটি ‘Application ID’ আসবে, যেটি পরবর্তীকালে স্কলারশিপের স্থিতি জানতে কাজে লাগবে।
৩) ‘Application ID’ ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে লগইন করে আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। আবেদন করার সময় দেখে নিতে হবে সবকিছু সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করা হচ্ছে কিনা, কারণ আবেদন করার সময় কোন ভুল হয়ে গেলে পরবর্তীকালে স্কলারশিপের টাকা পেতে অসুবিধা হতে পারে।

বিকাশ ভবন স্কলারশিপ ২০২২ বা স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট কাম মিনস স্কলারশিপ -এর অনলাইন আবেদন করার সময় যেসব ডকুমেন্টস গুলি আপলোড করতে হবে সেগুলি নিচে দেয়া হল-
১) জন্মের শংসাপত্র (মাধ্যমিকের এডমিট কার্ড)
২) শেষ পরীক্ষার মার্কশীট (মাধ্যমিক/ উচ্চমাধ্যমিক বা স্নাতক ইত্যাদি)
৩) শেষ পরীক্ষার এডমিট কার্ড
৪) পারিবারিক বার্ষিক আয়ের শংসাপত্র
৫) আবেদনকারীর আধার কার্ড/ ভোটার কার্ড/ রেশন কার্ড
৬) ব্যাংকের পাসবুক
৭) নতুন কোর্সে ভর্তির রশিদ
উপরোক্ত ডকুমেন্টস গুলি কে স্ক্যান করে পিডিএফ ফরমেটে আপলোড করতে হবে। এবং ডকুমেন্টস গুলির সাইজ 1 MB -এর বেশি হওয়া চলবে না।
